About Well

The depth of the well is around 110 feet & diameter approximately 50 feet. In actual it have the provision to fix 15 motors on it but during that time at a time 12 were used thats why it got famous with same name. It consists one main well which is octagonal in shape and sub well which is square in shape. Now also we can see the arrangements for placing the motors (mota) on it.

Once we enter in the sub-well from inside we can see two Sharabh (animal like tiger but more stronger)structures carved on the wall. From there one passage takes us to the main well before that beautiful two story buidling constructed inside the well. On both side of passage steps take us to top floor there we found some awesome pillars. On those stone pillars beautiful carvings of Ganesh, Hanuman, kng on elephants & flowers are made. From here if we see in main well there are total four Sharab's are there in that two are standing on four elephants each & other two are diving in air. After seeing this all on top place has been created for Throne & infront of that some seating arrangement has been created for meetings & discussions related to SWARAJYA.
